      I'm seeing static or a 'Not Authorized' message on some but not all channels.

      You may see a 'Not Authorized' message if the channels are not included with your Digital or HD subscription plan. You can check your subscription at our Customer Centre.

       

      If you are subscribed to analog Classic Cable and you no longer wish to see those channels while you scroll through your listings, you can auto-tune your TV to eliminate from your menu channels to which you do not subscribe.
