Troubleshooting your Internet connection
I can't get online or check email.
Your modem may not be connecting properly. Please check whether the lights on your Shaw modem are on.
If you have no lights on your Shaw Internet modem, please check its power source and ensure there is a working power connection.
If you have Shaw Support downloaded onto your desktop, run the program to troubleshoot your Internet connection, email and security. It's a good idea to download Shaw Support and have it available to repair various connectivity and software issues or configure your email.
If you have any blinking green lights or have no power to your Shaw Internet modem, please contact us for assistance.
